Shipping policy
Information
As the customer you are responsible for ensuring that all information required to deliver your products to you is up to date and correct at time of placing the order. Please ensure you carefully check your details are all exactly correct before placing an order, once an order is placed Good Bath Co may not be able to alter delivery details. Good Bath Co does not take liability for incorrectly delivered items that are as a result of you entering the incorrect details.
Insurance
We engage a third party transit company to complete shipments. All shipments are sent with insurance to cover any damages that may occur during transit. All delivered items must be checked for damages and damages reported within 24 Hours of receiving the order. This is to comply with insurance requirements. Should the damage be reported outside the 24 hour timeframe the insurance will be void and Good Bath Co cannot grantee the outcome.
Freight Charges
Unless stated otherwise, all shipments will incur a freight charge. Freight charges are calculated on weight, volume and location, therefore freight charges will vary on product and location. To calculate freight charges, you will need to add the product to your cart and enter your delivery details.
Shipping Timeframes
Stocked Items/ Instant Ship
All stocked items are ready for dispatch from our Woolgoolga warehouse. Stocked items will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order (Monday -Friday). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day. If your order is partially an In Stock order and partially stocked with our supplier or made to order, your order will ship once the entire order can be fulfilled. If you would like your In Stock products sent first, please contact our customer service team. Please note, additional freight charges will apply for split shipments.
Stocked By Supplier
Supplier stocked items are products that are readily available through our suppliers warehouse and can be dispatched in a timely manor. Items stocked by our suppliers have an extended estimated dispatch timeframe of 5-10 business days. Should you be needing a product sooner please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to speed up this process if possible.
Made To Order/ Custom Products
Time frames on made to order and custom products will vary depending on the type of product and its manufacturing process. Most made to order vanities carry a lead time of 3-4 weeks for manufacturing. Special orders such as stone baths may take up to 12 weeks. Please contact our customer service team to confirm the time frame before ordering custom or made to order products. Please note any delays during the manufacturing process are beyond our control. Please factor this in when making a purchase.
Delivery time frames will vary on location and products to be delivered. All timeframes quoted by Good Bath Co are an estimate ONLY. Please note, sometimes shipping may take longer than expected which is beyond our control. Please factor this in when making your purchase.
Deliveries
All deliveries are delivered door to door, to your street address only. This is inclusive of large items such as baths or vanities, please consider this when placing an order. Our drivers are only equipped to deliver heavy products to the front entrance of single level houses with flat driveways. If you require to move the product upstairs or around the property you will need to arrange this as it is not the responsibility of the transit driver. Please contact our customer care team if you are concerned about access difficulties so we can best assist.
Please note, If the item is returned to us, a re-shipping charge will occur if you still require the goods. Good Bath Co will find the most competitive shipping rate possible and require the consumer to pay for the required re-delivery.
